The Black Student Union fosters student growth and development through diversity, academics, community services and outreach. In the Elk Grove Unified School District(EGUSD), the BSU is developed to promote a positive representation of the Black/African American community, along with promoting student leadership, outreach, and empowerment. 

 

The BSU aligns with the EGUSD Targeted Supports Strategic Goal.
